Remote Computing Support

In addition to on-site consultant services, Palladian offers consultants who can provide remote computing support services to clients. The many advantages of remote computing support include:

  • Availability the consultant is on-call, can often provide support during off-hours, and can be on-site when (and if) necessary.

  • Flexibility the remote consultant has the freedom to work around peak system load periods.

  • Economy remote computing costs nothing for office space and, if an 800 Inward-WATS line is available for connectivity, phone charges can be minimized. Additionally, WAN or Internet access is essentially free.

  • Productivity without the usual office distractions, the remote consultant can get more work accomplished, often in less time than the work would have taken in a traditional, conventional office environment. The remote environment can also facilitate a higher realized output of results.
